Training & Learning

6 questions

You earn Experience Points (XP) by completing training activities, answering questions correctly, maintaining streaks, and achieving milestones. XP accumulates to increase your level, and you can compare your progress with colleagues on the leaderboard.

Challenge Coins are digital badges you earn for special achievements like completing your first session, maintaining a 7-day streak, reaching level milestones, or mastering specific skills. They're displayed on your profile and contribute to your total XP.

Currently, training on AtPost Portal is for skill development and does not provide accredited Continuing Education (CE) credits. However, the training is designed by medical professionals and follows evidence-based guidelines. Check with your licensing authority for CE requirements.

All training cases use de-identified, simulated, or educational scenarios. No real patient data is ever used. Cases are developed by medical professionals and reviewed for clinical accuracy.

Yes! Your dashboard shows your current level, XP, streak, and recent activity. Each training app also has detailed analytics showing your accuracy rates, improvement trends, and areas that need more practice.

Incorrect answers provide learning opportunities. You'll see the correct answer with an explanation, and you can retry similar questions to reinforce the concept. You may earn reduced XP for retries, encouraging you to study the material carefully.

Organizations & Teams

Organization administrators can invite team members from the Admin section. Enter their email addresses and select their role (member, training officer, or admin). They'll receive an invitation email to join your organization.

There are three main roles: Members (standard access to training apps), Training Officers (can view team progress and reports), and Org Admins (full administrative access including API management and user management).

Training Officers and Org Admins can view team leaderboards, completion rates, and aggregate compliance data. Individual detailed progress is visible to the user and administrators only.

Org Admins can create API keys from Admin > API Management. You can set scopes, rate limits, and expiration dates for each key. See the API Documentation tab for endpoints and integration guides.
